What is the IAEE Chapter Leadership Retreat?
Held annually, the chapter leaders retreat is intended to provide information for chapter officers on IAEE leadership responsibilities and tools for effective chapter management.  In addition, the retreat promotes networking and creativity through communication and brainstorming amongst attendees.

Who should attend the retreat?
The ideal candidate for attendance is the incoming chair person or vice chair person.  However, other chapter leaders (treasurer, secretary, etc.) and future chapter leaders are also great candidates.
